How long in advance do I have to make an enquiry or order?

Our available delivery/pickup day & time slots will automatically close off 3 days from the present date. As such, please place your orders at least 3 days in advance. Each booking date and time slot has only a limited number of vacancies, so it is best to place your orders as soon as possible.

Do you accept customized orders?

Yes we do! Please contact us and we will advise on our availability and quotation for your desired order.

How do I make an order on your online store?

  1. Select product and add product to cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout
  3. Select your preferred delivery/pickup date and time slot at the checkout page
  4. Lastly, confirm your booking by making payment with Paypal or Credit Card

Cakes/ Cupcakes

How do I store the cakes/cupcakes?

It is best to store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It is best to leave them out in the open for about 15-20 minutes before consumption.

How long can my cakes/ cupcakes last?

They can last for 3 days in the refrigerator.

Dessert Table

How much does it cost to do a dessert table?

For customized dessert tables, please contact us with your requirements for a quotation.

How long are the dessert tables set up for?

Our dessert table set-up lasts for a period of 3 hours. After 3 hours of set-up from your booking time, we will tear down the table. Any damaged props on the dessert table will be subjected to a fine, depending on the props damaged.

How many people do your dessert tables cater to?

We have 3 sizes for our dessert tables, that cater to 45, 80 and 125 pax respectively.

What desserts do you have? Do you have a menu?

As every dessert table we set up is unique to our customers’ specifications, please contact us for your dessert table enquiries.


Do you do delivery?

Yes! Delivery is free for orders above $75. For orders below $75, delivery is charged at a flat rate of $20. Free delivery and set-up is available for dessert tables only. Pickup at Bedok MRT is available for free should you prefer that option.

Allergen Information

Allergen information of the baked goods we sell can be referred to on their individual product pages. Our kitchen regularly prepares items with peanuts, tree nuts, nut oils and butter, and gluten. Though safety and sanitation are of the utmost importance to us, please note that the potential for cross-contamination does exist.

Is my order confirmed after I made payment on your website?

Yes, it is confirmed.

If you selected the delivery option, please ensure that somebody is at the delivery location to receive the location.

If you selected the pickup option, please reach slightly earlier or at the time of your booking as being late for your collection timeslot may affect others. If you are not able to collect your items within the allocated time, please do call us at +65 9151 2070 and inform us immediately, so that we can make the necessary adjustments. Additional costs may apply. 

Am I allowed to cancel my order after ordering?

Yes you can, but you’ll be subjected to a penalty of 50% of the item price. Our slots are very limited and when you book it, it means that others are short of a slot. This is especially so for weekends. Taking up a slot means that we will have to reject some customers who are interested in taking up that slot, and if you give it up, it also means that we have lost a sales opportunity should that slot be given up to someone else and it’s not easy to get another customer to fill up the slot.
